A: blk cosmetics offers the highest quality products at the best prices. All items sold go through quality control procedures as we inspect and pack all orders with care, so all sales are considered final.

However, in case you’ve received damaged, wrong, or incomplete items:

Take photos or videos of your purchase as proof (unpacking videos are highly encouraged)

  1. Opened or used products are no longer eligible for return or replacement. In case of damaged item/s, product/s must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
