How much is the shipping fee?

The delivery cost and courier will be determined by the quantity of items, package weight, and shipping location. On the checkout page, the shipping rate will be displayed alongside the order summary.

Local duties and taxes may apply based on your country's customs.

Please take note that during sales, special occasions, and bad weather, there can be a delay in the delivery of your products.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order?

A: Change of mind is not a valid reason for order cancellation. However, you may change the details of your order such as your delivery address or contact details. You may contact us at hello@blkcosmetics.com.ph on the same day the order is made, so that the adjustments can be made before shipping out. The blk cosmetics support team is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (GMT+8), excluding holidays.

Q: I’ve received a defective product and would like a return or refund. What is your returns policy?

A: blk cosmetics offers the highest quality products at the best prices. All items sold go through quality control procedures as we inspect and pack all orders with care, so all sales are considered final.

However, in case you’ve received damaged, wrong, or incomplete items:

Take photos or videos of your purchase as proof (unpacking videos are highly encouraged)

Email us within 7 days of receipt at hello@blkcosmetics.com.ph

Note:

1. Claims without proof are void of warranty

1. Opened or used products are no longer eligible for return or replacement. In case of damaged item/s, product/s must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
2. In case the replacement of a missing/damaged item is unavailable, the customer will be given a voucher which may be used on a different item. Any adjustments on the price will be shouldered by the customer.
